Classes are 45 minutes and a max of 4 clients.

Experience a blend of Pilates, the Franklin Method, Yamuna ball rolling, and breathwork, with precise adjustments.

 

Align Sculpt

Enhance your Pilates practice and support bone density with Align Sculpt. This weighted class uses progressive resistance to counteract age-related declines in muscle and bone mass. By improving your stability with held positions and optional weights, you will build the foundational strength needed for better joint support and control.

Foundation

Perfect for beginners or those wanting to deepen their understanding, this class teaches the core principles like Breath, Flow, Precision, and Control. Though paced slowly, it is still a challenge! We will explore the importance of a neutral spine, staying out of tight hip flexors, back pain, moving from the right place, misalignment and dive deeper into anatomy.

Align 1

Take your body through the beginner series of exercises. Learn about posture and alignment and continue to understand the foundational exercises progressing towards more complex movements. Overall movement with options for further challenges. Mix of tower and reformer apparatus. Learn to understand neutral, shoulder girdle placement, pelvic alignment and so much more.

For more experienced clients ready for a moderately advanced flow. Challenge your balance, stability, and control with complex sequences and seamless transitions. Clients must be comfortable managing their own springs, props, and straps.

Tower + Chair

Refine your alignment and strengthen your foundation with the Align Tower & Chair class. This dynamic session integrates the Pilates tower, mat, and chair to target hip and pelvic stability, abdominal control, and glute strength, enhancing both your postural integrity and movement efficiency.

GENERAL CLASS QUESTIONS

Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid interrupting the class.

What should I bring to class? Comfortable athletic clothing, grip socks and a water bottle to hydrate. Please, no buttons or zippers to avoid damaging the equipment.

Are there different levels of classes? Yes, we have 3 different class levels.

Instructor Schedule Changes Instructors for classes are subject to change without notice. This does not grant clients permission to cancel right before class or to cancel late without incurring applicable charges.

Grip Sock Policy Required at all Sessions and are available for purchase in studio.

Late Arrival /Cancellation Policy We require 12 hours notice to cancel. If cancelled with less than 12-hours notice, a credit will be taken off of your package or you will be billed the drop in rate.
